The user of and of the AutoPirate applications herein known as"the application" accepts all responsibility for any actions carried out by the application.

The developers of the application have done everything within their power to ensure that the application is fit for purpose.

Any changes to the facebook site and/or pirates game that cause an error, loss or other problem to the user is not the developers responsibility.

The user of the application accepts that the developers cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from the use of the application.

The application is sold as seen and due to its nature cannot be guaranteed to function for any specified period of time, any updates to the facebook site and/or pirates game which result in a loss of functionality (temporary or permanent) are not the responsibility of the developers.
